Full payment upfront is required before a sketch begins. Payment Method is through Stripe or Paypal Invoices in USD currency.

Commissions are non-refundable unless progress updates exceed more than 5 months.

Turnaround time may vary on the detail of request or current work list. Generally, it can take anywhere from 2 weeks-2 months.

Commercial use such as pin designs, assets, cover illustrations, or other media art will be charged an additional pricing fee.

One change/modification is allowed during the commission process. Any changes after are subject to extra charge. Alterations, modification, or derivative works on the commissioned artwork by client or other persons is prohibited. This includes recolor, adding/removing elements, or usage of the artwork as base for other creations (ie. tracing, another artist altering, ect.)

Additional charges will apply for character designing, complex designs, props, or detailed backgrounds.

Physical goods such as custom charms, artboards, and photocards are subject to additional shipping and handling charge. This will vary based on client's mailing location.

As the artist, I retain full artistic rights over the commissioned work including the right to display it in portfolio, site, social media, or any other promotional use. Clients will be provided by email with a watermark version to prevent unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or usage of artwork. By moving forward with the commission, you acknowledge and consent to this usage.

Redistribution for profit by client is prohibited. All commission pieces are for personal use. If you would like a commission for monetized, commercial use please discuss this with me prior to commission. Commerical use of artwork is prohibited without explicit written permission from the artist. Works include but not limited to: sale of prints, merchandise, advertising, promotion, other for-profit activity.

Under no circumstance should commissions be used for NFTs, AI or AI Training.

Client must give proper credit to artist when sharing or publishing the commissioned artwork. This applies to commercial usage as well.
